ABOUT THE ROLE
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, talent mapping, passive candidate engagement, and initial candidate assessment across recurring, niche, and high-demand positions. Working closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, the position helps develop targeted sourcing strategies, provide market insights, and ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related recruiting role
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
• Strong expertise in candidate research, passive candidate outreach, talent mapping, and sourcing strategy development
• Experience conducting candidate screenings and evaluating qualifications for diverse roles
• Advanced English level (C1+) for professional communication
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, niche, and high-demand roles
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and advanced search techniques
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide recruiters with candidate summaries and sourcing recommendations
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop sourcing strategies and address talent market challenges
• Maintain accurate candidate data within ATS platforms and sourcing databases
• Track sourcing performance, pipeline health, and recruitment metrics while providing regular stakeholder updates
