Recruitment Consultant – 4-Day Work Week (Off Every Friday) | Austin, TX
A specialist veterinary recruitment agency, placing veterinarians across the US, is opening its first American office in Austin, TX, following a strong track record in the delivering to the US from the UK.
They’re hiring 3–4 recruiters to launch the Austin team, with warm desks and pre-existing client agreements in place from day one.
📍 Location: Austin, TX (Onsite, Monday–Thursday. Fridays off.)
💼 Roles: 360 Recruitment Consultant (Perm) & Contract Recruiter (180)
💰 Compensation: Base $55K–$80K (DOE) | Tiered commission 10–20% | OTE $150K–$200K+ after year one
📅 Interviews: July 2026 | Start date: October 2026
