TalentDome is looking for a high-energy, resilient, and growth-minded Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our talent pipeline, hunting for top-tier candidates, managing outreach, and running the front lines of our recruitment process. This is a fast-paced position with clear paths for professional advancement, an uncapped commission structure, and a global team environment.
Schedule and Time Zones
Please note the unique shift structure required for this role:
- Monday through Thursday: Central Time (CT) hours (US market alignment)
- Friday: South African Standard Time (SAST) hours
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn and other digital tools.
- Conduct heavy outbound outreach, including direct messaging and high-volume phone dialing to screen potential candidates.
- Manage and organize candidate data, tracking pipelines across Gmail, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
- Maintain clear, professional, and persuasive communication with candidates throughout the hiring loop.
- Generate client leads and create outreach templates for those clients.
- Serve as the primary contact person for questions from candidates.
- Meet weekly quotas related to outbound calls and emails.
Core Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to articulate value clearly and build quick rapport.
- Fearlessness on the phone. You cannot be afraid to pick up the phone, make cold dials, and push through rejection.
- Digital proficiency. Practical exposure to and comfort with Gmail, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn is mandatory.
- High adaptability and time-management skills to successfully navigate the shifting time zone schedule.
- Bachelor's degree.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $800 per month
- Commission: Unlimited, uncapped earning potential
- Commission Payout Terms: Commission structure matures and pays out 3 months after a successful placement has been finalized.
