Receptionist– Part-time, Full-time Jobs in Deerfield Beach, FL at Quiet Waters Animal Hospital
Quiet Waters Animal Hospital is looking to add another member to the team! We are looking for a full-time or part time Receptionist who is dependable, honest, reliable, and has a positive attitude. Previous veterinary experience is preferred
Our hours are
Monday thru Friday: 8am – 6pm
Saturday: 8am – 1:30 pm
Sunday: Closed
Must be able to work Saturdays.
Spanish speaking to preferred
Avimark experience preferred
Duties:
- Multiple phone line management
- Greeting clients/patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking clients in/out of hospital
- Faxing/filing/scanning documents
- Assisting clients with food and medication needs
- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing paperwork
The position also requires a practical knowledge of the clinic’s procedures and policies. It is a full-time position.
