Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist/Dental Clinic Manager role located in Lahore. The role involves greeting and registering patients, managing appointment scheduling, answering phone calls, and handling patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include overseeing front-desk operations, maintaining patient records, coordinating with dentists and clinical staff, and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the day. The Receptionist/Dental Clinic Manager will also manage basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling documentation, as well as assisting with billing coordination and follow-ups when needed. The individual in this position is expected to support a welcoming clinic atmosphere, uphold confidentiality standards, and contribute to continuous improvements in patient service.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills to manage calls, appointments, and patient check-in/check-out processes.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, record keeping, data entry, and basic office software proficiency.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and external contacts.
- Prior experience in a dental or healthcare clinic setting is preferred, especially in front-desk or administrative roles.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology and appointment workflows is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional training or certification in office administration or healthcare management is beneficial.
