Full Job Description
Customer service representatives/receptionists play a key role in our veterinary practice running smoothly and providing our best care. The employee must be friendly, professional and courteous, and capable of completing a wide variety of tasks. As a receptionist the duties can vary widely including but not limited to: greeting and engaging clients, managing appointment schedule, maintaining medical records, client account updates, cash processing, online & text correspondence, cleaning, feeding and caring for patients, helping with animal restraint, laundry, triage of cases, and any tasks or requests made by the veterinary staff.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. The clinic functions as a team, so a positive attitude is a must. The ability to lift and carry 50 pounds required. This will be available as a part time position with the option to go full time.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
