Oconee County’s premier veterinary and animal care facility is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our administration team. We are a full-service, fast-paced, growth-oriented general practice for companion and exotic animals. The goal of this position is to provide our clients with superior service. We are looking for someone hardworking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is friendly, and is a forward thinker.
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
Initiate, receive, and respond to internal and external communications via email, phone, messaging apps, and face-to-face
Manage customer requests
Schedule Appointments
Manage and update client accounts
Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
Perform general administration tasks
Support other departments
Position Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
A warm, approachable manner and very upbeat personality
At least some experience in a customer service position
At least some experience with computer
Must be able to comprehend, speak, read and write English
