Full Job Description
We are looking for Receptionists to greet customers and have great customer service skills. You’ll play an important role in bringing comfort to our furry patients and ensuring the smooth running of our facility. Do you love animals? If you’re organized, quick on your feet, then we’d like to meet you. Receptionists need to be personable, compassionate, able to multi-task, answer phones, pull client files, take messages for the doctors, filing and cleaning
Receptionist Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Patient and caring personality
Ability to follow instructions
Comfortable being around animals (cats, dogs, birds, reptiles etc.)
Answering phone calls and questions
Filing
Cleaning rooms
Placing clients in rooms to be seen
High school diploma
