Ironton Animal Hospital is urgently hiring for a Veterinary Assistant
This will be a Monday-Friday position, with one day off during the week. No weekends
We are looking for an employee who is reliable, works well as a team and can communicate well with others. We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with clients, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and occasionally interacting with animals. Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.If this sounds like you, please submit an application.
Experience with Cornerstone preferred, but not required.
As a Receptionist, you will be required to:
Answer phones
Interact with clients
Fill prescriptions
Schedule appointments
Stock inventory
Note changes and update records
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
