Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential to keeping our clinic running smoothly and creating a welcoming experience for both clients and their animals.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Greet clients and check patients in and out
- Process payments and manage invoices
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Communicate effectively with doctors and staff
- Assist with general front desk duties and clinic flow
- Handle a high call volume with professionalism
Qualifications
- No veterinary experience required – we will train
- Customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (experience with veterinary software is a plus)
- Positive attitude and team player

Part time or Full time. Minimum of 16 hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 – $25.00 per hour
