Responsibilities:
This job involves being responsible for the first impression given to a client (whether over the phone or in person). This role requires interfacing professionally between the doctor(s), vet techs, clients, patients and other veterinary practices. Professionalism and highly mannered is a must!
*Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and screen phone calls *Organize and schedule appointments *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources *Data entry
Qualifications
*Experience (1 years ) as an outstanding small animal veterinary receptionist *Knowledge of basic pet preventive medicine *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management , organizational and multitasking skills *Should be able to stay calm in the midst of pressure *Bilingual is a big plus, but not required. * Professional behavior and language are a must
