Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and pets, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain and update patient records, including medical history and vaccination details
Process invoices, handle payments, and assist with insurance-related transactions
Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to support client communication and patient care
Provide clients with information about services, products, and pet care best practices
Assist with maintaining inventory levels for clinic supplies and retail products
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in office software and veterinary practice management systems
