Are you a friendly, organized individual who loves helping others? We’re looking for a welcoming and efficient Receptionist to join our veterinary team! As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for both animals and their owners. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, answering questions, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly at the front desk.
What You’ll Do:
Greet clients and their pets with a warm, friendly attitude
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
Check in and check out clients, ensuring all necessary information is accurate
Provide basic information about services, treatment plans, and clinic policies
Process payments, handle invoices, and manage client accounts
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with client communication, including reminders for appointments and follow-ups
Manage incoming pet records and ensure they are up-to-date in the system
Assist with office tasks such as filing and maintaining patient records
Ensure a positive experience for all clients and their pets by providing exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, compassionate attitude with a love for animals
Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems
Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
