Matthews Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing and compassionate full time receptionist. We are a privately owned fast paced and growing clinic. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with the public, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure. Experience as a veterinary receptionists is a plus, but not required.
Receptionist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting clients
Checking clients in/out
Managing a multi-line phone
Scheduling appointments
Communicating with veterinarians and support staff
Multi-tasking in a calm organized manner
