Role Overview
* We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Buyer with strong expertise in land acquisition and property sourcing. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring land for real estate development.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and source suitable land and real estate opportunities.
* Lead end-to-end land acquisition, from site identification through negotiation and closing.
* Conduct due diligence on land ownership, title, zoning, legal status, and development potential.
* Negotiate purchase terms and prices with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders.
* Coordinate with legal, technical, valuation, and regulatory teams during acquisitions.
* Maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
* Monitor local property and land market trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
* 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate, land acquisition, property buying, or a related field.
* Strong and proven land acquisition experience is mandatory.
* Good knowledge of the Zambia real estate and land market.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
* Ability to independently identify and close suitable land acquisition opportunities.
* Knowledge of land documentation, title verification, and acquisition processes in Zambia..
