We’re Hiring: R&D Product Development Lead
Are you passionate about creating innovative food products? We’re looking for an experienced R&D
Product Development Lead to join our team and drive the development of Culinary & Sauces products from concept to commercialization.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead new product development (NPD) and product optimization
✔ Develop and improve formulations for taste, texture, shelf life, and cost efficiency
✔ Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing
✔ Collaborate with Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement teams
✔ Support raw material evaluation and supplier qualification
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of R&D experience in the FMCG/Agri-Food industry
Hands-on experience with sauces, dressings, or culinary wet products
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Food Science, Agriculture, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field
Strong knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, thermal processing, HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP
