Position: Â Ranger Buddy Supervisor (Part-Time)
Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an
exciting
rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an
eco-friendly
resort.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily Ranger Buddy operations, including sales, record-keeping, inventory checks/control, and equipment preparation.
Manage inventory levels of Ranger Buddy products (programmes & rewards) and other relevant materials, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely restocking.
Maintain and ensure cleanliness and show quality of location(s) in accordance with standards.
Troubleshoot and/or report equipment malfunctions.
Ensure the environment is welcoming and exemplary service is delivered during interactions.
Lead the team
to engage guests as brand ambassadors, promoting the Ranger Buddy products.
Address and rectify guest concerns and feedback.
Anticipate crowd levels and deploy necessary crowd control measures and/or queue management.
Provide guidance and supervision to the Ranger Buddy Crew.
Assist in the OJT training of new hires.
Ensure the Ranger Buddy Crew is up to date about Ranger Buddy products and general Mandai Wildlife Reserve offerings.
Manage deployment and task assignments.
Support and ensure that positions are always manned.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level.
Preferably with at least 1 year of customer service/
hospitality experience
.
Enjoys interacting with children.
Service-driven
positive attitude
with an outgoing personality.
Able to perform shift work, including working on weekends and public holidays.
Able to stand for long hours, in both indoor and outdoor environments.
