Quality System Coordinator manages and coordinates the creation of integrated management system (ISM) documentation at the level of the plant according to the requirements of ISO standards that are implemented in the plant.
How You Will Contribute
Check the correctness and up-to-datedness of the ISM documentation.
manage the process of issuing new documentation and revising existing documents
being responsible for the distribution of IMS documents, archives IMS documents
being responsible for the up-to-date documentation on the team site
publish the Quality Manual
maintains lists of valid documentation
escalation of documents requiring revision
train on the requirement to create IMS documentation Manages the entire process of internal audits.
plan internal audits
prepare the program of internal audits for the given year
provide IA system management
evaluate internal audits
prepare documents for management review
train and ensure the training of new members by an external company
cooperate with the regulatory department (legislative requirements up to date).
cooperate with external organizations – state control authorities and participates in third party audits
support CAPA creation and maintaining
What You Will Bring

English language on communicative level
PC skills – World, Excel, Power point, database
