Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or Chemistry 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, FSSC-22000) Understanding of laboratory practices and quality testing procedures Strong communication and computer skills Proactive, result-oriented mindset Ability to work in field-based operations Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
Implement Nestlé Quality Management Systems and food safety standards in field operations Conduct milk testing during receiving and dispatch processes Ensure compliance with quality standards and rejection criteria Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) Monitor milk losses/gains and support improvement initiatives Train and coach field teams on milk quality standards and QMS practices Support internal and external audits and ensure documentation compliance Assist in transport coordination and workplace safety adherence
