Job Title: QA Manager
Work Location: Manchester, UK (Must be currently based in the Manchester, UK)
Job Type: Contract
Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months, extendable up to 18 months based on project needs
Visa/Work Authorization Status: Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in UK
Workplace Type: Hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at officer per week)

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager for a contract role with a dynamic and innovative team. This role is ideal for a quality-focused leader with a strong background in test strategy, automation, and process improvement.
You will be responsible for driving strategic test management, standardizing QA practices, leading quality assessments, and guiding teams in both manual and automated testing environments. The role also involves incident analysis, continuous improvement, and the integration of advanced testing tools.
Key requirements:
•Proven experience in QA leadership and software testing
•Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•Familiarity with SFIA competencies and regulatory standards
•Experience with automation and QA process optimization
This is a contract position with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes across complex projects.
