Role Description The QMS role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System in line with ISO standards and company policies. Daily tasks include monitoring compliance, conducting internal audits, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and updating documentation and procedures. The QMS professional collaborates closely with production, quality assurance, and management teams to ensure continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and adherence to environmental and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001,14001,45001,GOTS GRS RCS STEP standards, documentation control, and internal auditing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying process gaps, root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Knowledge of textile or manufacturing processes, preferably within yarn, terry towels, or related textile product environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of relevant QMS or SAP software tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support training on quality procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Textile Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in QMS or ISO auditing are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Karāchi, prioritize multiple tasks, and support a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
