Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ado Ekiti for Pure Water Factory Workers, Packagers, and Machine Operators. Team members will operate and monitor water purification and packaging machines, ensuring consistent production flow and adherence to safety standards. Daily tasks include feeding materials into machines, overseeing bottling or sachet filling, sealing and labeling products, and organizing finished packages for storage or distribution. Workers will maintain cleanliness of production areas, perform basic equipment checks, and report faults or irregularities to supervisors. The role also involves following quality control procedures, keeping accurate production records, and collaborating with colleagues to meet daily output targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in packing and general product handling to ensure efficient, safe movement of pure water products.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of packaging design and packaging engineering to support effective, secure packaging processes.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills to monitor product standards, hygiene, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess research and observation skills to identify process improvements and support continuous operational efficiency.
- Ability to follow instructions, work safely around machinery, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Basic literacy and numeracy, with the ability to complete simple records and production logs.
- Previous experience in factory work, food or beverage processing, or machine operation is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting in a production setting.
