Twyford International is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Specialist to support our procurement operations and ensure the efficient execution of purchasing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supplier onboarding, procurement process coordination, contract workflow management, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the supplier onboarding process for Kentao and Yitao general merchandise suppliers.
  • Initiate, process, and monitor system workflows for one-off and long-term procurement contracts.
  • Coordinate reconciliation and payment processing for Kentao general merchandise purchases.
  • Track purchase order deliveries and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation, records, and transaction logs.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and internal procedures.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
  • Prepare procurement reports and provide administrative support to the procurement team as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in procurement operations, purchasing, or procurement back-office support.
  • Proficiency in SAP, SRM, ERP, or other procurement management systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
