What We're Looking For
The successful candidate is:
- A true recruiter—not just a resume screener.
- Comfortably engaging physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Persistent, resourceful, and relationship-driven.
- Able to build provider pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.
- Results-oriented and accountable.
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
