Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with winter and summer property maintenance
• Direct and supervise hourly staff on-site
• Operate maintenance equipment like trucks and lawnmowers
• Ensure daily safety inspections of tools and machinery
• Participate in risk assessments and tree removal
Requirements:
• High School Diploma with relevant work experience
• Minimum one year in park operations and maintenance
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
• Experience with construction and various maintenance tools
• Valid driver’s license for vehicles with trailers
