The Property Maintenance Crew plays a vital role in keeping the resort pristine and operational. Responsibilities include property management, groundskeeping, and maintenance of water and electrical systems to ensure safety and pleasure for all guests. This role demands both independence and teamwork to meet the resort’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine grounds maintenance and snow removal
• Conduct inspections of rental units and equipment
• Manage maintenance of boats, docks, and safety equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee maintenance tasks for water systems and pumps
Requirements:
• Prior experience in maintenance or related fields
• G2 or G driver’s license required
• Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Strong customer service skills preferred
