Bacha Khan University Charsadda (BKUC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Professor of Pharmacy. This full-time faculty position requires an accomplished academic with a PhD in the relevant field and extensive teaching experience at the university level. The selected candidate will play a key role in academic leadership, research supervision, curriculum development, and the advancement of pharmacy education within the institution.
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy courses.
- Supervise MPhil and PhD research students.
- Conduct and publish high-quality research in the relevant field.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Provide academic leadership within the department.
- Engage in university committees, seminars, and professional activities.
- Ensure compliance with HEC academic standards and institutional policies.
Requirements
- PhD in Pharmacy or relevant field, from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification teaching experience in a recognized university.
- Strong academic research background with publications.
- Excellent classroom teaching, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to contribute to departmental growth and academic excellence.
