Role Description
-Monitor and reconcile stock levels between the retail store and production facility.
-Check ingredient inventory and prepare timely restock requests.
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production house.
-Manufacture Vielea Organics products in accordance with our proprietary formulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-Ensure accurate weighing, mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging of products.
-Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within the production area.
-Perform quality control checks throughout the production process.
-Record production batches and inventory movements accurately.
-Receive, inspect, and organize raw materials and packaging supplies.
-Assist with product development trials when required.
-Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained after production.
-Support stock-taking and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow formulations and written procedures.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous production or manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
