Santa Cruz Animal Health has an immediate opening for an entry level Production Assistant at its Dallas, TX Headquarters campus. This is a full time position with career advancement opportunities within the company.
Required Skills:
Ability to assist in steps necessary to manufacture and package UltraCruz® supplement product line.
Capacity to maintain product database by ensuring data entry is accurate and complete.
Ability to troubleshoot and assist in resolving issues on equipment.
Capacity to participate in meetings and informal discussions to review and improve procedures in order to maintain efficient workflow.
Excellent business communication skills.
Detail oriented and able to exactly follow established protocols.
Desired Skills:
cGMP certified not required, company will train and pay for certification
Some prior lab work or manufacturing experience desired, but not required.
Familiarity with UltraCruz; supplement products is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Desired Education/Experience:
Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or similar field of study.
