We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Product Manager to join our growing marketing team at Hochster Pharmaceutical Industries. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our product portfolios, responsible for crafting innovative marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and translating medical data into powerful commercial success. About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive annual marketing plans and lifecycle strategies for the assigned product portfolio.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis (utilizing IQVIA or similar data) to identify market gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Sales Empowerment: Create impactful promotional materials, visual aids, and product messages, and conduct training sessions to equip the medical sales team.
- KOL Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals across relevant specialties.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute scientific standalone meetings, medical congresses, and product launch events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Supply Chain departments to ensure product compliance and consistent market availability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Veterinary Medicine is a must.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing (as a Product Specialist or Product Manager), preceded by a strong track record as a Medical Representative.
