Job Summary:
The Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing plans for assigned dermatology/cosmeceutical products. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/cosmeceutical market, a proven track record in product management, and a solid medical background. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of driving product growth and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned products, including market analysis, competitive assessment, and forecasting.
Product Lifecycle Management:Â Manage the entire product lifecycle, from launch to maturity, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.Â
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Â
Marketing Execution: Develop marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, promotional materials, and sales force training.
Sales Force Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and provide product training and support.Â
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement: Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.Â
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Â Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, and supply chain, to ensure product success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related medical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical (dermatology) or cosmeceutical industry.
Proven track record of successful product launches and growth.
Strong understanding of the dermatology/cosmeceutical market and customer needs.
Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Â
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.Â
Knowledge of the local regulatory environment is a plus.
