Our client, a leader in the veterinary products industry, is seeking a Product Advisor to join their team. As a Product Advisor, you will be part of the sales and customer service department supporting veterinary professionals and pet owners. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for animal nutrition which will align successfully with the organization.

What’s the Job?
Facilitate the sale and promotion of Purina Pro Plan Veterinary products to veterinary professionals.
Provide detailed technical and nutritional information to current and potential consumers.
Communicate the nutritional excellence of Purina products to increase recommendations.
Manage customer service inquiries and resolve issues related to veterinary products.
Support sales and marketing programs as requested by management.
What’s Needed?
2+ years of experience in customer service; veterinary clinic, animal science, or nutrition background preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
Ability to understand and convey technical and nutritional product information.
High School diploma required with 2 years of work experience, or 4 years of work experience in business/customer service.
Typing proficiency is a plus.
