Procurement & Stock Officer
We are looking for one person to take full ownership of purchasing and stock control.
What you will do?
-Raise and track purchase orders.
-Receive goods against them.
-Manage batch numbers and dates on every product line.
-Distribution
-Run cycle counts.
-Reconcile ERPNext/Zoho Books and report the result directly to the board.
-Keep and generate all data and reports
The tools are already in place. The job is to run/advise on upgrade them properly and make the numbers trustworthy.
Qualifications and experience:
-Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
-Minimum 2 years in a purchasing, stock control or inventory role
-A CIPS qualification is an advantage
-Strong candidates with substantial relevant experience but no formal qualification will be considered
What you need?
– Hands-on daily experience with ERPNext, specifically Buying and Stock
– Working knowledge of Zoho Books: bills, purchase orders, vendor reconciliation
– Real stock-count experience — you have found variances and traced their cause
– Accuracy, and the confidence to hold suppliers and colleagues to the process
