Role Description The Primary Teacher role at AFIE School of Tomorrow is a full-time, on-site position based in H-13 Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Primary Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and Islamic values, ensuring that learners develop strong foundational skills in core subjects. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline, and providing feedback to learners and guardians. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues on curriculum improvement, participating in school events and professional development, and creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment that nurtures students’ academic and moral growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Elementary Education skills, with experience managing primary-level classrooms.
- Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Education skills to design, adapt, and implement effective learning materials and activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues in a clear and respectful manner.
- Relevant academic qualification in Education or a related field (e.g., B.Ed., M.Ed., or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Experience in values-based or faith-informed education and familiarity with Islamic principles are advantageous.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom, use age-appropriate teaching methods, and integrate basic educational technology is preferred.
