Job Title: Pricing & Harmonized Catalog Implementation Advisor
Type: Contract, Remote (with 20–30% travel)
Core Purpose:
Help veterinary clinics shift from separate, outdated systems to a new, unified pricing and service catalog (Provet). Your job is to guide, support, and train clinic staff during this transition.
Key Responsibilities:
Catalog & Pricing Implementation:
Understand Client’s pricing and catalog system.
Work with each clinic to review their current services/products and match them to the new standard.
Train clinic staff, explain changes, and support them after the system goes live.
Be a practical, supportive guide to help clinics adopt the new system smoothly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with leadership, trainers, and tech teams.
Develop training materials for different clinic roles (receptionists, vets, technicians).
Keep everyone informed about rollout progress and issues.
Continuous Improvement:
Provide feedback to improve tools and training.
Help evolve the catalog/pricing based on what works best in real clinics.
Who They Want:
Veterinary Experience: 2+ years working in a clinic, understanding how billing and services work.
Tech Familiarity: You know practice management software (e.g., AVImark, Cornerstone).
Strong Communicator: Able to build trust and explain things clearly to different staff.
Organized & Proactive: Good at managing tasks, details, and timelines independently.
Excel & Microsoft 365 skills
Willing to Travel: Around 20–30% to visit clinics and attend team events.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
