Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Preschool Head position located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Preschool Head will be responsible for overseeing the management and daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. Key responsibilities include curriculum planning, staff supervision, coordinating with parents, implementing educational best practices, and ensuring compliance with school policies and safety standards. The Preschool Head will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-quality preschool experience and fostering early childhood development in alignment with the school’s British curriculum values.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and administrative skills for overseeing preschool operations and staff supervision
- Knowledge of early childhood education, curriculum planning, and child development best practices
- Proficient in communication, relationship building with parents, and collaboration with diverse teams
- Proven ability to implement safety standards and maintain compliance with educational policies
- Experience in managing early years programs, preferably within a British or international curriculum setting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
- A creative and child-centered approach to education
- Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh
