Veterinary Practice Manager

Primary Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of a successful Veterinary Practice
Eliminate roadblocks and manage escalated client situations
Monitor KPIs, goals, and objectives, leading and developing the team as you work together to achieve success
Participate in hiring, training, and developing a positive, collaborative practice team.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations including, but not limited to, payroll, scheduling, inventory management, cost analysis, etc.
Qualifications
Veterinary experience (required)
Experience managing teams of 10 or more employees in a client/customer focused setting (required)
Previous management experience – OR – certified practice manager (preferred)
A growth mindset with regard to your professional skills is a must!
The sincerely held belief that relationships are the #1 driver of success – especially with your team!
The ability to work autonomously, training staff and implementing initiatives independently.
A strong background in coaching/mentoring employees with a positive leadership style.
Hours & Availability
This is a full time salaried opening! Your availability should align with our hours of operation as follows:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
This position requires a commitment of 45-50 hours per week, ensuring that we provide the best care to our patients while maintaining a productive and collaborative work environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Our amazing team members can expect competitive pay! The starting range for this position is $65k per year, dependent upon education and/or experience.
