Post Description

As part of our development plan, we are hiring for a permanent position:

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for:

Executing the strategy and action plan to expand CCPA’s business (Premix, Feed Solutions, Functional ingredients, Farm specialties) in Türkiye and especially in the layer Business, in accordance with the company’s principles and strategies, and in line with the goals set by the company management.

Managing the sales, technical and marketing activities in your area.

Getting involved in sales activities with distributors; monitor activities and performance of distributors.

Developing relationship and direct sales with selected key accounts.

Developing a good knowledge of markets/products/area /customers/competitors and their evolution.

Providing the interface between customers and other units of the company (R&D, Formulation, Laboratory, etc.).

Measure of success

Growth of gross margin for Feed Solutions, Farm specialties and Functional Ingredients Business in Türkiye

Development of direct sales to targeted key accounts

Quality, efficiency, engagement and loyalty of distributors

Profile Required

Education and professional experience

University or associated degree graduate, (Preferably in an agricultural or veterinary related department).

Experience 3-5 years in sales in the animal nutrition products industry and especially in the Layer Business,

Skills And Behaviours

Strong communication skills, able to work customer oriented,

Compliant with teamwork,

Able to take responsibility,

Able to work in an international environment (B2 level in English is required)
