CNS Worldwide is recruiting on behalf of a leading international company delivering innovative feed additive solutions to the poultry industry. As part of its Southeast Asia expansion, our client is seeking a poultry nutritionist with proven sales capability to drive regional growth and technical engagement.
Role Overview
This role blends deep poultry nutrition expertise with commercial execution. You will lead business development across Southeast Asia by translating nutritional and technical value into measurable commercial success.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on nutritionist who understands feed formulation, bird performance, and field challenges—and can confidently sell solutions to integrators, feed mills, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth & Market Development
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for poultry feed additive solutions
- Drive revenue growth across Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia)
- Build and manage relationships with integrators, feed mills, and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand key accounts
- Implement pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and profitability
Technical Nutrition Leadership
- Provide expert support on feed additives including enzymes, gut health solutions, toxin binders, and organic acids
- Advise customers on feed formulation, nutrient optimization, and performance improvement
- Support customers in addressing tropical challenges (heat stress, gut health, feed efficiency)
- Deliver technical seminars, workshops, and on-site farm/feed mill support
- Translate trial data and field results into clear customer value propositions
Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across SEA
- Support product positioning and regional marketing strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Animal Nutrition, Poultry Science, or Veterinary Medicine
- Strong expertise in poultry nutrition and feed formulation
- 5–7+ years of experience in feed additives, premix, or animal nutrition industry
- Proven track record in technical sales or commercial roles
- Established network with integrators and feed manufacturers in Southeast Asia (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts into business value
- Fluent in English; additional Southeast Asian language is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
