The Role
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a career in chicken farming. You’ll work closely with the farm team and Farm Manager, supporting a variety of day-to-day duties to ensure bird welfare, site cleanliness, and smooth farm operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with general bird husbandry under Farm Manager guidance
Prepare for chick placement and bird collection
Maintain litter and ensure a clean, biosecure environment
Keep the farm tidy, secure and compliant with
health and safety standards
Follow all instructions and wear appropriate protective clothing What We’re Looking For

Genuine interest in animal welfare and poultry farming
Team player with a proactive attitude and
flexibility
to work weekends
Driving licence and own vehicle essential due to location and travel between farms Benefits
