We are recruiting for a Poultry Farm Worker to join a well-established poultry farming business. This role involves supporting the farm team in maintaining high welfare and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the farm team in daily operations to ensure smooth production.
Follow the Farm Manager’s instructions to maintain bird welfare and husbandry.
Manage litter and ensure a clean, hygienic farm environment.
Prepare for chick arrivals and bird departures.
Maintain farm cleanliness, biosecurity, and security.
Adhere to health and
safety protocols
, including wearing appropriate protective gear.
What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience needed – full training provided.
A keen interest in poultry farming and animal welfare.
A team player with a flexible attitude towards working hours.
A full UK driving licence and own transport (due to the farm’s rural location)
Willingness to
work weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
