Our client, is an European MNC based in Dubai, is dealing in food and related chemicals and is looking for an Arabic speaking Pharma/Chemicals Regulatory Affairs Executive

The position covers the IMEA region geography and is responsible supporting the registration, regulatory compliance, and documentation management of the company’s products across the IMEA region. This role ensures timely market access by preparing and submitting regulatory dossiers, maintaining regulatory databases, and staying updated on local regulations. The position reports to the Regulatory Affairs Manager

Responsibilities

1.     Product Registration & Compliance

Prepare, compile, and submit product registration dossiers to competent authorities across countries

 Ensure compliance with local regulations for labeling, product claims, packaging, and import/export documents.

  Maintain registration timelines and proactively follow up with authorities or consultants.

2.     Regulatory Documentation & Support

Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, QA, Product Management) to collect necessary documentation.

  Ensure accuracy and completeness of regulatory files (e.g., safety data sheets, certificates, technical dossiers).

  Keep internal systems and regulatory databases updated with current product status in each country.

3.     Regulatory Intelligence

Monitor and report regulatory changes in the IMEA region that may impact product compliance or business

Develop summaries and recommendations on how to address emerging regulatory challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in animal science, Veterinary Science, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.

 Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the feed additives, animal health, food, agro sectors

 Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in key IMEA markets (e.g., GCC, India, South Africa, Egypt).

 Experience in dossier preparation and submission processes.
