Well Groomed Pets- Cary is a modern brand providing the most advanced wellness and grooming services available. We are looking for full-time dog groomers for our Cary location. We employ AI and machine learning to customize every pet grooming treatment for optimal results that are specific to the pet’s breed and the pet’s wellness condition. Speaking of wellness, we stand alone as the industry’s most comprehensive wellness salon! Many groomers will offer a light physical wellness inspection which is a good start but we REALLY do wellness.
We include physical, physiological and behavioral wellness exams. Our goal is to ensure Well Groomed clients are the happiest, healthiest and the best looking dogs in town. All of these are performed by our Wellness Technician so that the groomers can focus on grooming!
Our brand- new salon is updated with the best amenities, grooming products, and was specially designed for the comfort of the pets and the groomers! Candidate will be responsible for:
Greeting, welcoming, and forming genuine client relationships with all customers and their pets• Performing Hands on Pet assessments of every pets’ physical, physiological, and behavioral state before they are serviced• Ensuring vaccination status of every pet is up to date• Informs visitors about all services by answering or referring inquiries & deliver exceptional customer service assistance• Keeping the check- in / reception area safe and clean• Assessing and weighing dogs of breeds, sizes, and health conditions• Ensuring the safety and well-being of every pet and associate in the store, taking immediate action whenever necessary• Gain AKC S.A.F.E certification passing with 90% or above
