Position
Purpose:
Serve as the single point of contact for all City Vet Clinic’s UAE-based international and domestic animal transportation needs. Ensure a stress-free relocation experience for pets and their families.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire pet transportation process, from initial inquiry to arrival at the destination.
Assess pet needs and recommend suitable shipping methods and preparations for optimal comfort and safety.
Coordinate schedules with airlines, customs, ground transport, and veterinary services to ensure smooth transitions.
Proactively identify and address potential issues, finding
creative solutions
to keep pets and owners satisfied.
Ensure all necessary paperwork and permits are obtained and processed accurately and efficiently.
Uphold local regulations and best practices for animal welfare and safe transport.
Qualifications:
Passion for animal welfare and commitment to their well-being.
Previous experience in pet transportation or a related field.
Excellent customer service skills with a calm, tactful, and friendly demeanor.
