About Us:
We are a dedicated pet care facility committed to providing exceptional care for dogs and cats, ensuring they have a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay while their owners are away. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team for the summer season to work specifically Saturdays and Sundays. For the right candidate, this position may extend past it’s seasonal duration.
Position Overview:
As a member of our lodging staff, you will be responsible for a range of duties including cleaning pet rooms, feeding animals, taking dogs out for potty breaks, and monitoring their health and behavior. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. A genuine love for animals and the ability to work well in a team are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
- Availability on both Saturday and Sunday (REQUIRED)
- Flexibility to work during and on holidays
- Professional Experience in the Animal Care Industry
- Physical stamina, with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy, and messy environment
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a passion for animal care
