Pet Premix Senior Sales Manager

The Role

China’s pet food industry has entered a blowout development recently. As a worldwide leading pet food premix brand, ADM pet premix has also continued to expand our business. Pet food customers have high requirements for the quality of raw materials, product innovation and services. ADM pet premix business line serves well-known domestic and international customers. The business is growing fast, facing more opportunities and challenges. Therefore, we hope to attract more talented people to join us and provide support for innovative businesses.

Your Responsibilities

Development and maintenance of pet premix customers, develop sales strategies, manage and support team members’ business needs, and help the team achieve sales targets;

Help existing distributors to design the sales strategies, develop the market and support the local marketing plan;

Regularly customers follow up, or visit customers with distributors, coordinate local or global resources to help customers solve problems

Based on the analysis of market information, and industry trends, to propose brand promotion plans and annual marketing strategies

Support and participate in pet industry exhibitions, seminars and online conferences, and assist departments in discussing and preparing topics and materials for those actions

Support the development and follow-up of cross BU business/projects, provide assistance for the smooth development of new scope for the team, coordinate the needs between departments, promote team cooperation and project development;

Establish and improve sales team, develop training plans.

Work closely with all cross department to Implement efficiently Customer Excellence, Execution Excellence strategy,

Your Profile

Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in animal science, veterinary medicine, food science and other related majors is preferred

7+ years of sales experience

Adapt to Chinese and Western working environment and ADM culture, good English is must.

Able to travel frequently.

Proactive working and close follow up

Proficient in office software

Love sales, willing to join the pet food industry, love pets
