Responsibilities:
Inspect & Assess Properties – Evaluate homes, businesses, and other structures to identify pest activity, entry points, and conditions conducive to infestations.
Apply Pest Control Treatments – Safely mix and apply pesticides, baits, and other pest control solutions according to label instructions and industry standards.
Operate & Maintain Equipment – Use and maintain sprayers, bait stations, and other pest control tools to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Educate & Communicate with Customers – Provide top-tier customer service by explaining treatment plans, sharing prevention tips, and addressing any concerns with professionalism.
Ensure Safety & Compliance – Follow all safety protocols, label requirements, environmental regulations, and company procedures to maintain a safe and effective work environment.

Physical Requirements – Must regularly lift 40-50 pounds and navigate tight spaces, including attics and crawl spaces. Requires walking, bending, kneeling, and working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
Safe Application of Treatments – Properly mix, apply, and handle pesticides, baits, and other pest control products while adhering to all safety regulations and label instructions.
Equipment Use & Maintenance – Operate and maintain application equipment such as sprayers, bait stations, and monitoring tools to ensure reliable and safe performance.
Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail – Thoroughly inspect properties, identify pest issues and entry points, and apply the appropriate solutions for effective treatment and prevention.
Customer Service & Professionalism – Communicate clearly with customers, explain services and treatment plans, address concerns, and uphold a positive company image.
Adherence to Standards – Follow company policies, safety procedures, and state and federal pest control regulations to ensure high-quality, compliant service.
