Licensed Full-Time Pest Control Technician
Guaranteed 40 hours/week after 90 days. Mon-Fri 7 am-3:30 pm. PTO, paid holidays, customer satisfaction bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide top quality exterior pest control applications in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform shop/equipment work as needed.
Offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.
Proactively communicate with customers to address their needs and enhance their experience.
Collaborate with leadership to promote continual growth and improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Must possess integrity, self-awareness, humility, compassion, and resilience.
Strong work ethic.
Enjoy working outdoors.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate machinery and lift 50+ pounds.
Ability to meet production goals.
Pass a drug test and background check.

Compensation:
Hourly Pay: $45,000 – 55,000/annual depending on experience and licensing.
