Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations and enhancing productivity within the organization.
Responsibilities
Traveling to multiple DFW locations.
Effective communication and phone etiquette at all times.
Loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials with a variety of manual labor tasks, potentially in a veterinary hospital setting.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain company vehicles clean, washing company vehicles.
Minor trailer repairs, canopy tent repairs, and large animal scale repairs.
Supply ordering.
Running errands as needed.
Experience
Computer skills.
Must have a valid state driver’s license.
Able to work alone without any supervision.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Job Type: Part-time
