For our client, we are seeking a People Partner Director Sales (remote Us) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $197,500 – $366,800 annually
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leaders to deliver people strategies that align with business goals
- Own hiring, onboarding, retention, and succession planning, identifying critical roles for the organization
- Lead change initiatives that enhance organizational agility and effectiveness
- Collaborate on complex employee relations cases and coach managers on performance management
- Assess capability gaps and guide leaders in creating development plans for growth
- Utilize analytics to identify workforce trends, providing executive-ready reporting
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring and development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership in global, sales-driven or technical environments, ideally with senior HRBP experience
- Proven success in building talent initiatives within matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority
- Strong grounding in HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, and sales-related practices; Workday experience preferred
- Strategic thinker who connects HR strategy to business priorities, with experience in program leadership
- Excellent communication skills with emotional intelligence to build credibility with senior leadership
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and fast-paced change, with strong analytical skills and commitment to inclusion
